 We have all seen what fear can do when a person or a population is gripped by it. We don't even have to look far into our past to see it's effects. Just look back to 2020 and onward, to the thing that shall not be named, and see how the fear of a flu bug shut down entire countries around the world, growing the poverty levels across the developed world and indicating to governments how easy it is to manipulate the population if fear is the motivating factor. Fast forward to today and we see that the grip of fear has not released its grip on the world. In fact, fear is the basis of virtually every crisis that we are seeing right now. The big story coming out of America right now is the backlash that the ICE agents are facing in Minnesota, and interviews with the protesters on the ground indicate that they are acting in fear of a "tyrannical government" or that American citizens are being deported illegally.  This weekend my family engaged in spiritual warfare for each other as we interceded for each other to rid ourselves of the demonic attachments that have accumulated over the course of the last year. I have written an article on this type of intercessory battle which you can read here , which goes into the nature and the process by which you can engage in this type of warfare. This article that you are reading now is just going to be a short one outlining a couple of things that I think I am beginning to figure out and understand about intercessory spiritual battle.   I have developed a very strong aversion to new technologies. Keep in mind that I have lived my life in the age wherein computers have gone from a novelty item that people didn't understand or see the value in having, to a time when most people carry more computing power in their pocket or purse than what was used to initially launch the entire NASA space program. And I have used a lot of this technology over the years for personal and business purposes as well as for entertainment purposes. But things have taken a turn as of late.     I want to try to wrap up the series about the spiritual realm with this article. I have been writing about this topic for over a month now and while there has been a lot of material to cover, I think it is high time that this gets wrapped up. In this article, I want to share some things that I have learned about God's angels and how He uses them. I don't expect this article to be particularly long.   I guess the next logical topic to discuss regarding the spiritual realm after having written about how to clear people and property of demons is to talk about how we as believers open ourselves up to demonic attachments in the first place through the things that we participate in. As I have stated previously, it is my understanding that a true Christian cannot be possessed by a demon. The reason for this is that we already have a resident in us in the form of the Holy Spirit. Part of my defence of this position is Matthew 12:43-45 which states, “Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came’; and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. 45 Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first.   In my last article, I offered guidance on how one undertakes spiritual warfare to release someone from spiritual attachments that may be weighing them down. These attachments can have physical, mental and, of course, spiritual effects on us. It is my belief that it is a good idea to address these attachments on a regular basis in order to be able to achieve the greatest spiritual health that we can; call it spiritual maintenance. There is another aspect to spiritual warfare that I have not yet covered and that is protection of the home and property in the spiritual realm. In one of my earlier articles, I mentioned that once a year my family undertakes to release each other from the spiritual burdens that we accumulate over the course of the year.
